  • How long does shipping take?

    Our standard shipping process ensures that most items are dispatched on the same day of purchase. For special-order items, please allow one to two weeks for processing and shipping.

  • What is your return policy?

    Our return policy allows for returns of unused products within 15 days of purchase. Upon receipt, we offer replacement with an item of your choice or store credit. Please note that gift cards, food products, custom-made items, and certain jewelry pieces are non-returnable. For items valued at $75 or more, we require trackable shipping methods. Items exceeding $500 in value should be insured during return shipping. For specific inquiries, please consult our return policy page or contact our customer service team.

    Our accepted payment methods include all major credit cards.  For in-store purchases, we also accept cash payments and Venmo.
